Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation once your order has been shipped with a corresponding tracking number.

The delivery standard for regular mail sent inside Canada is:

  • 1-3 business days for local mail
  • 3-5 business days within the province

These time frames are not guaranteed, as weather and mail volume can affect delivery.

Orders are shipped through Canada Post. At this time we are only able to ship to Canadian residents.

RETURN POLICY

NEW: We accept returns for exchange or store credit on all new merchandise with the exception of earrings, underwear and bath and body within 10 days of receiving your order. Items must not be worn, washed and must have all tags attached or must be contained in their original packaging.

We make sure to check for quality before shipping your orders but understand things can happen during shipping that is out of our control. If your item is damaged upon arrival please send us an email at hello@loopandsew.ca explaining the problem with images of the box it arrived in and the damaged product and we will be happy to exchange it for a new piece!

SECOND HAND: All preloved pieces are final sale. Please contact us with any inquiries before you place an order.

TO RETURN

  • Contact us within 10 days of product arrival stating your intent of return
  • Repack the item in it's original mailer (we want to reduce waste as much as possible!)
  • Original tags must be intact and undamaged
  • Items are unwashed, unworn, unused and free of untidy markings
  • Include tracking to make sure it gets to us!
  • Once we receive your return and approve of resell quality, we'll credit your refund and send you a giftcard with the same amount

TO EXCHANGE

  • Follow the same steps as above. Once we receive your return and approve of resell quality, we will ship off the new item for free.
  • Store credit is available and free shipping applies to your new item, once we receive and inspect the old item.
